What this website is for

This website gives adults information about Honey Weed Club, a private, non-profit cannabis association in Benalmádena: what the association is, how membership works, its basic rules and how to find it, along with general guides to the law in Spain.

It is information, not advertising. It doesn't promote or encourage the use of cannabis, and nothing on it is a commercial offer of any kind.

The club is for members only. Membership is personal and only for adults aged 18 and over, and registration is completed in person, at the club, with an original identity document.

Using this website

By using this website, you accept this legal notice. If you don't agree with it, please don't use the website.

This website is only for adults aged 18 and over. That's why it asks your age on your first visit.

Please use it lawfully and in good faith. In particular, please don't use it to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else to break it;
  • harm the association, its members or anyone else;
  • get into parts of the website or its systems that aren't public, or interfere with how it works;
  • introduce viruses or any other harmful code.

The association may change the content and design of this website, or this notice, at any time, and may take the website offline. The notice that applies is the one published on this page when you use the website.

Intellectual property

The texts, the design and layout of this website, and the Honey Weed Club name and visual identity belong to the association or are used with their owners' permission. They are protected by intellectual property law and, where it applies, industrial property law, in Spain and internationally.

You may view this website and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including copying, distributing, adapting or making any part of it available to the public, needs the association's written permission.

Some pages link to, or mention, websites and services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, renfe.com, the Málaga transport consortium's website and the Spanish Official State Gazette (BOE). They're there to help you. The association doesn't control them and isn't responsible for their content, their availability or how they use your data: their own terms and privacy policies apply.

If you think a link on this website leads to unlawful content, please tell us and we'll review it promptly.

If you'd like to link to this website, please link to its pages as they are, don't suggest a connection with the association that doesn't exist, and don't link to it from any kind of advertising.

Accuracy of the information

We do our best to keep this website accurate and up to date, but things change: opening hours, how to reach the club, how membership works and the law itself. Travel times and distances are estimates. If something matters to you, please check with us before you come.

The guides in our Journal are general information about Spanish law, not legal advice. Laws and court rulings change, and each guide shows when it was last reviewed. For your own situation, please speak to a qualified lawyer.

As far as the law allows, the association is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information on this website, or for interruptions, errors or harmful code that are beyond its reasonable control.

Personal data and cookies

How the association handles personal data is explained in our Privacy policy. This website uses one essential cookie, to remember your answer to the age check, and our Cookies policy explains it.

Applicable law and courts

This legal notice and the use of this website are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute about them will be settled by the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable law. Nothing in this notice limits the rights you have as a consumer.
