The basics

  • 18 and over.

You need your original identity document.

  • Members only.

Honey is a private, non-profit association, not open to the public.

  • On the premises only.

Consumption is limited to the club itself.

The full rules

The complete club rules are always at reception. Every member reads them before signing, and they apply to everyone, every visit.

Outside the club

  • Outside, Spanish law applies to members like everyone else. In the street, on the beach, in parks or on public transport, using or carrying cannabis is an administrative offence, and the police can fine you.
  • Never drive after using cannabis. Spanish traffic law penalises driving with drugs in your system, even if you show no sign of impairment.
  • Getting home by train or bus? Stops, journey times and where to check the last train and bus are on our Visit page.

Cannabis club rules in Spain, and ours

In Spain, no national or Andalusian law regulates cannabis associations. Navarre and Catalonia each passed a regional law on them, and the Constitutional Court struck both down: this is a matter for national criminal law.

So each association sets its own rules. Ours are always at reception, and every member agrees to them.

Being a member doesn't change the law outside the club. For the wider picture, read our guide to cannabis law in Spain.
